Use of the website

Access is free and needs no registration. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully, not to disrupt it and not to try to access non-public areas.

The prices we show are final: they include VAT and the preparation fee. A booking is made once we confirm it in writing and sign the rental agreement, which sets out all the conditions.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, illustrations, logo and code of this site belong to FREEDOMRENT, S.L. and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

The Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans typefaces and the Lucide icons are used under their open licences.

Liability

We take care that the information is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control or for the content of third-party sites we link to (for example WhatsApp or public authorities’ websites).

Complaint forms

Official complaint forms of the Regional Government of Andalusia (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones, Decree 82/2022) are available to consumers. You can ask for them at pick-up or return of the motorhome, request them by e-mail at mail@freedomrent.es or hand them in at our registered office: C/ Zeus 4, Esc. 7, Pta. Governing law
