Frequently asked questions
How many people can travel and sleep?
Up to 5 people: the motorhome has 5 approved seats with seat belts and 5 sleeping places – 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the drop-down bed above the lounge and 1 in the lounge.
Which driving licence do I need?
A category B (car) licence. All drivers must be at least 25 years old and have held their licence for at least 2 years.
What does the insurance cover?
Comprehensive insurance with a €900 excess per claim, plus 24-hour RACE roadside assistance.
Can I leave Spain?
Yes: Portugal, France, the rest of the European Union, Switzerland and Andorra. Morocco and other countries are not allowed, and ferries need our prior consent.
How does the deposit work?
We hold €1,000 on the main driver's credit card at pick-up and release it after the return. It is not charged.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, one pet, if you tell us when booking. There is a €60 supplement per rental.
When are pick-up and return?
Pick-up is from 12:00 and return by 10:00, in Mijas. Ask us about other times.
How many kilometres are included?
300 km per rental day. Each extra kilometre costs €0.25.
What if I need to cancel?
With a standard booking you can cancel free of charge up to 45 days before. After that we keep 30% (44 to 15 days before) or 50% (14 to 3 days before), or give you a voucher for everything you paid, valid for 12 months. With the Flex option (€8 per day, non-refundable) you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before. One change of dates is free up to 15 days before.
